COVID-19 UPDATE – 18th MAY

To our valued clients:

As you may be aware, recent guidelines have stipulated that I won’t be able to fully re-open the Clinic until the beginning of July at the earliest depending on what happens over the next few months.

WHAT IS CHANGING IN JUNE

I do however feel that I can safely provide a limited service offering while keeping everyone’s health and safety a priority. So starting 15th June I will be working on a strictly one-on-one basis with those in serious need of treatment. There will be no one else present except myself during this time.

I plan on working Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for the time being. I will be wearing full PPE – apron, gloves, face mask & face shield and will be sanitising everything in the Clinic after each patient.

For this to work I ask for you to give respect to others and wait in your car for me to come and greet you and take you up to treatment room at the time of your appointment. If you’re happy and willing to abide by these measures, then I am opening my doors to you.

PLEASE CONTACT ME TO BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME

Once you have your appointment booked, I will contact you 24 hours prior to your scheduled treatment and ask you to self-triage at that time. I will also ask you to pre-pay for your treatment to cut down on personal contact time.

This temporary situation may change at any time based on the government’s guidance.

I can not recommend Elliott Skin & Laser enough, after months of creams and a misdiagnosis from a dermatologist my skin is finally heading back in the right direction thanks to Rachel’s extensive knowledge. You can contact us via text, email, whatsapp or telephone. When all of our therapists are with clients, please leave a message on our answering machine and we will return your call as soon as possible. You can also make a booking request via our website.

You can purchase gift vouchers in various amounts directly from our website or in the clinic the next time you are in.

Please advise when booking your appointment if you are pregnant, have any medical conditions or are taking any medication. GP consent may be required in some cases before carrying out your treatment.
We welcome cash, credit cards and debit cards. We regret we do not accept cheques.
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel your appointment. We charge 50% of missed or cancelled appointments if we do not receive 24 hours prior notice. Late arrivals will result in your treatment time being adjusted accordingly.

We regret that children are unable to accompany parents in the clinic out of consideration for our other clients. We can treat minors over the age of 16, however, a parent/guardian must be present and sign a consent form.
